Serpent Fossil San Mai Puukko
This extremely unique collector piece features a stainless clad mirror polish San Mai blade with a brut de forge finish on the flats. The matte black iron guard has a double-sided, curved fit-up which leads into an heirloom fit, ebony handle and ends in a corresponding curved iron pommel.
The Ebony Handle is perfectly smooth and polished on one side, yet is inlaid with a copper serpent fossil being unearthed from the other side. The concept behind this handle was to show the potential for creativity that lies within every unremarkable design or component, waiting to be unearthed!
